Welcome to SlimrChat!

This is a supportive community for anyone on a weight-loss journey, especially those interested in or using weight-loss medications. We want SlimrChat to be a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for everyone. Please take a moment to review our guidelines before posting.

Acceptable Behaviour

To ensure this forum remains a safe place, we ask all members to follow these rules:

1. Respect Privacy
   • Do not share personal information (yours or others) such as full names, addresses, or identifiable details.
2. Positive Language
   • No bullying, harassment, or disrespectful language.
   • Avoid hurtful comments based on race, gender, body size, religion, etc.
   • Any offensive language, including slurs, will be removed.
3. Constructive Feedback
   • Offer advice with care and consideration. Negative, hectoring, or dismissive remarks will not be tolerated.
4. No Personal Attacks
   • Criticism of individuals, including the SlimrChat team, is not allowed. Share your experiences without naming or shaming.
5. Avoid Defamatory Content
   • Posts that aim to harm someone’s reputation unfairly or contain false information will be removed.
6. No Unapproved Advertising
   • Sharing links or promoting products/services without approval is prohibited.
7. Respect Moderation
   • If you have questions about moderation, please reach out privately. Publicly criticizing moderation decisions is not allowed.

Breaching the Code of Conduct

If you break any of these rules, the following actions may be taken:

• Content removal: Inappropriate content will be taken down.
• Editing: Posts may be edited to remove unacceptable content.
• Temporary suspension: You may lose access to the forum temporarily.
• Permanent ban: Repeated violations can result in a permanent ban.
