I was out with mates tonight. Found it so hard to avoid drinking loads of lager. I had a few but managed to switch to 0 alcohol. Got a load of stick. Does everyone have the same problem!?
I love a beer swilling Gal! 😀 Yes, I experienced that to begin with.....mates in the pub look at you like you've gone mad, lost your manhood or somthing if you don't drink.....but TBH they got over it after a couple of weeks. Now I might have 1 or 2 pints max but most have soft drinks (i hate the 0 alcohol beers) ....I don't get involve din rounds for that reason.....and guess what I save loads £££.....virtually pays for the MJ.....and its healthier - boom!
@BertieBea try finding something a little lighter to drink, less is more anyway. Did you notice anything as a result of drinking all that beer in your planner?
Fortunately on MJ most of the time I don't want to drink as regularly / as much but when I do I drink Gin & Slim line tonic and only have a couple which seems to mean I still lose weight on MJ.
But yes good idea if you want to feel like you have a drinking then go for a zero alcohol version. If you are serious about weight loss cut out the beers for sure as they are calorie rockets 🤯
