Just read the SlimrChat article on what not to do on GLP-1s. Such a relief to let go of calorie counting and all the old diet stress.
Anyone else dropped habits that used to feel like a must?
Hi @leonextstep
All of them! Well, kind of.....put it this way I used to get obsessed with calories and reducing my intake.....which was really difficult with food noise, really difficult to maintain....and often didn't or couldn't maintain for long. Now it's different on the Monj......it's no problem managing the intake becasue i just don't feel hungry....the challenge now is to make sure I eat the right stuff to maintain my health. So, still putting effort in but it feels more like managing the process rather than having to fight it!
I used to think skipping meals and weighing myself every morning was just what you had to do. Now I actually eat more regularly and just try to get in enough protein and fibre instead of stressing over every bite
Way less pressure now. More energy too. Still figuring it out but it finally feels doable without losing my mind
