How’s everyone’s sleep on the jabs? Anyone noticing any changes at all? Less? More? No difference?
While its been hot I have poorer sleep but I think that is the weather....I found I was getting tired after my jabs right at the begining so I timed my jabs in the evening so I slept after.

I noticed that I felt pretty drained especially after a jab - it's the change in metabolism coupled with slower digestion and lower calories....I changed my habits - diet and exercise and it did help.
I notice currently that the day after the jab my sleep isn't good. I started taking it the morning, so now it's almost 48 hours later when I notice I have a particularly poor nights sleep because of MJ. As I am used to it now, I know why the sleep is poor and just try to not to overthink it and know that it will improve as the week goes on.
