Hello all. Wondering how everyone stays motivated when there has been quite a lot of loss, but then it plateaus?

Looking back and seeing the changes that have happened helps, as you can see what a difference you have made.  And trying to be kind to yourself knowing that some days/weeks will make a difference others not so much but overall the scales and all other key metrics are going in the right direction.   keep going team 😊

I am quite new to SlimrChat and I was really anxious about starting the injections, but the SlimrChat site has really helped me to take the plunge and the community here has really helped me the last 2 months.  Whenever I wasnt sure about something or felt my progress wasnt where it should be, I found motivation from others in this group and also I would reflect on small compliments from friends who have commented what progress I am making.

Hi everyone, I agree with all the comments....but also don't lose sight of all the other things you have done to get where you are. You've probably made some massive resets - changed your diet, added some exercise - things you haven't managed in ages, I know that is true to me.....so when everything else stops I will have developed new healthier habits....and that I know will set me up for the rest of my life. Yes, I wanted to lose weight but really I had to change my ways....and I have done that (fingers crossed)....so don't get bogged down on little set backs...focus on how far you have come and where you are going! Good luck and stay strong!
