I’ve been doing really well but my weight loss has come to a standstill still - anyone got any tips I what I need to do to make the scales move again?

I’d say make sure you eating enough protein each day as this makes a difference to your weight loss
also review your booze intake if you are like me and probably drinking more on this sunny weather!
Good shout on the protein. I'd definitely start with your meals - I was barely eating and the scales stalled but I added carbs back into meals, ate actual meals again and started hitting my protein and a few weeks later the scales budged...and continued to do that!
Yes I agree moot it’s so easy not to eat normal meals on MJ as you do lose your appetite. I found more protein and water a winning combo
also Lisa R I slipped into eating more chocolate again so if you have let some habits slip a little I’d say try to get back to where you were with those as that should help the scales move in the right direction too 🙌

I had same experience and I found that by either increasing the amount of exercise I was doing and or making some of it a little more intense that helped shift the scales in the right direction.

Don’t lose heart, it happens to us all at some point.
Try looking at what you are eating, drink more water than you think you need and if you can up your exercise or try a new type of exercise to shock your body.
keep going, you are doing great 👍
I’d say 100% re look at what you are eating and the quantities. Could be you are over / under eating, so easy to under eat on MJ.
