Anyone, any ideas on how to consume the amount of protein I need - about 120g for me - when I have no appetite!!!!

I find shakes are quite good. Not particularly tasty but they work. I'm all over anything with chicken as main meals too. I read some of the content on this site and it's helpful.
I agree that it's hard though. That change from eating (the wrong stuff) all the time to not wanting to eat but needing protein is so weird isn't it?
