It's great reading about everyone's success stories about losing weight but i haven't heard of any people who have come off the drugs and managed to maintain their weight. Really interested in hearning from anyone who has managed  to do so....and how/how they have managed it! Cheers guys!

Just saw this a bit late!

I've been in maintenance since feb. It's not been without its challenges. Some takeouts from me:

- 2 meals a day seems to be the winner. And eating the second one early evening makes difference for me

- I cook from scratch nearly all the time. It's better to get into that habit than slip into processed foods or deliveries (soup is a winner and lasts multiple days)

- I have booze once or twice a week - and beer very rarely. Beer is floating bread and I immediately feel like I'm putting weight on when I have it

- if I have a bad day I always have a good day the next day. I think it's vital to keep my old bad habits away

- I love being able to wear clothes without feeling uncomfortable and working out (at home, not at a gym!) so much that I'm determined to keep on track

- so far I've managed to stay at a consistent weight give or take 2kg

everyone says it's about sticking to the plan and that's working for me!!!

Stay on track!!!

It’s tough I won’t lie! But listen being on the drugs has to be a time to reset your lifestyle - approach to diet and exercise especially. I have managed to maintain my weight only by changing totally my diet and doing more exercise - it’s not a bad change, I feel sooo much better and look so much better. I’m now the person I wanted to be - BUT you have give up those bad habits.
