I feel liek a hero because I've avoided beer and my normal late night kebab habit!
I've adjusted the Xmas food plans to be more healthy without being ridiculous.

Nice one, Andy. Cutting out the beer and the late night kebab habit is a big win, especially at Christmas.
I like your approach too. Healthier without trying to be perfect. That usually works best.

Had a mare! Well, actually fun.
Too much cheese and booze!!! 3kg up. Not too bad and I'll get it back off in January.
