I am REALLY struggling with feeling sick all the time. It's making me eat hardly anything which cant be good. Anyone had the same and did you find anything that made a difference? I can't do 18 months or whatever of this.

I feel for you! Don't worry, I have been there. Have you just started or gone up to a higher dose? That is usually the trigger so for the majority of people it is a short-term thing as the body gets use to the effect of the drugs - they actually slow down how quickly your stomach digests and empties and that is what causes it (I think). Make a note of when you feel nauseous and just see what the triggers may be. I was eating far less anyway, but i started just eating smaller meals more regular. I also avoided greasy and spicy foods, kept off alcohol and didn't eat close to bedtime. I know that may sound obvious but doing a bit of detective work on what triggers nausea for you will help. Oh, and stay hydrated. It will get better, promise x

I had this too and it was grim at times. One thing I found was that letting myself get too hungry actually made the nausea worse, so I was better having tiny bits of plain food rather than trying to eat a proper meal.

Toast, crackers, yoghurt and banana were usually easier for me. Greasy stuff definitely wasn’t.

It does seem really common at the start or when you go up a dose, so hopefully it settles down for you soon.
