Hi all! Quick one.
Is it just me or does the hunger start sneaking back a day or two before the next dose?
Not a big issue, just noticeable. Curious if others get the same.

100% every week!! 24 hours before the appetite noticeably comes back and I have to be strong in the face of bad meal choices!!! Also, this might just be me, it's the only time I really fancy a glass of wine. Alarm bells ring!!!

Yep, same here. Day 6/7 I can definitely feel it creeping back in. Not unmanageable, but you notice the difference straight away. Just try to plan meals a bit tighter on those days.
