I'm not sure I would place much credence in a Mail story......they are designed to build anxiety!

No, it is a thing. probably less to do with the drugs themselves and more to do with poor diet and less exercise. A good well-balanced calcium and protein rich diet is really important for bones ......and because of the drugs our appetites are suppressed  so really important to ensure you get protein and calcium (as well as fibre etc).....eat to stay healthy vs keep weigth off. Also it is vital to stay active so make sure you get regular exercise into your routine to ensure that bones stay strong and healthy. Keep going and doing the right things and you will be fine! 😊

I have found too that it really suppressed my appetite so had to force myself to eat some of the time - that never used to happen pre MJ hahaha

I started a weights routine a few weeks into my MJ journey and I could see the impact of this on the scales as I watched my fat mass decrease whilst my muscle mass increased  - the perfect scenario 😊

Yes, I think the best way to fight weak bones is to do some weights and build strength, it really helps keep bones in good condition
