Hi there, I have just taken the leap to start taking MJ.  Wondering if anyone has any top tips to share, as I have seen a lot of social media about the bad side effects some people experience.  Any top tips whilst starting out on MJ journey would be great. 😊

Hi @mjgirl, I think the best advice I was given, I might have read it one SlimrChat actually, is to prepare properly and have a plan. Its easy to think that you just take the drugs and magic happens.....it does, they are wonder drugs but you do need to put the effort in and especially if you want to have long term weight loss. Having a plan prepares you for all the things you can do to make your weight loss journey as stress free and long term as possible. Remember, the drugs work when you use them....when you stop you can put the weight back on. I built a plan and started to build in exercise, healthier eating (you totally lose your appetite but have to ensure you eat to get the right nutrients to keep healthy) and just a general change in my lifestyle. It really helped, you will lose weight, you will gain confidence and energy and you will then find it easier to motivate yourself to make those changes for a healthier life......I know it sounds a bit daunting but these drugs have changed my whole outlook....I'm a different person...and nt just in size!! Go for it but be prepared to put that effort in. Any of the side effects etc have been short lived for me and nothing has made any of this 'difficult'. Good luck....and go for it!
