What smart scales are you using? And do you trust their accuracy? I need to keep a tight track of my BMI, muscle mass etc. TIA

I use "Withings" which report lots of metrics, super helpful and you can see it all on an app on your phone too. I like the fact you can see your fat weight dropping and your muscle mass increasing (as long as you are doing weights etc of course - lol) I would recommend the whitings brand for sure.

I have these...they work with an app....I've found them really good...and at the moment only £20 on Amazon: RENPHO scales

Yes, I have the RENPHO scales too.....I'm sure there are better quality but they do everything you need and are a good price.....i actually use them with this tape measure for arms, leg, body.....RENPHO tape measure
