Anyone been worried about this? I've been reading a few articles about upping strength training and protein, is that on your hit lists anyway?

no need to worry. The muscle mass thing happens WHATEVER diet you’re on. I’m doing some weights stuff at home - i reckon they should put some exercise on here. I think bones depend on being sensible with food & vitamins etc.

That's exactly right. Make sure you take on right foods for calcium and vitamin D (dairy esepcially) and exercise - some of the bad wrpa the drugs get is becasue we  lose our appetite and don't eat and so our bodies don't get the nutrition they need to be healthy. Golden rule - eat what your body needs = the right healthy foods. Ditch the s**t.

I am trying to eat protein at each meal and since been on MJ I started doing strength training to build muscle mass and it’s working as my fat is reducing and my muscle 💪🏻 mass increasing = winning!
