Can I ask what people mostly use collegen supplements for and whether you think it makes a difference????

I actually used Collagen supplements before going on MJ, I used it to help health of skin, nails and hair but I also found it helped with my digestion and some say it might help with muscle mass and bone health.....so helps a lot of the aging process 😀 but also with some of the side effects of Mounjaro/reduced appetite/intake. I use Wellgard's - available here form Amazon
