Abny tips for shifting belly fat and a large muffin top. I've lost 10kg but now have thin legs and arms and still big belly. I look like one of those space hoppers, frightened some kid is going to try and jump on me....and if i get tangoed, I've had it 🤣 🤣 🤣 Seriously, any tips appreciated.
