When I started on 2.5mg MJ I couldn't face alcohol at all, and this continued while on 5mg. On the higher doses (I'm now on 12.5mg) this (wecome) effect seems to have worn off. Anyone else experience this?

I had a that too. Maybe as our bodies get used to the drug the effects are more subtle? I def have terrible hangovers if if I have even a quarter of what I used to drink. Do you get that too?

No, opposite really. I drank loads over the BH weekend and didn't have a hangover and my tolerance seems to have increased, which I find worrying. Loved the earlier effect!

That's interesting but the tolerance thing is not what we need is it? The early effects are amazing aren't they?

To be honest, I've not tried again. I been off it totally - apart from 1 glass here and there (which did nothing for me!). I don't miss it and find it really easy to stay off it. It's weird considering what I used to be like (and drink!). I do know someone the same as you @pjay - nothing has changed for them, they have struggled to stay off the vino.....and don't get any side effects....but their weight loss has been less marked than me.

I drink less now on MJ, when I do drink as it’s much less than before I don’t suffer with a hangover. The joys of MJ!
