Hi Everyone!
I take so many supplements now that I must rattle - Vitamins, lions mane, tumeric, nail and hair jellies, protein powders....I reckon I spend about £40-£50 a month.....am I mad, is it worth it???? I mean I don't suffer much but I don't notice any benefit. What are evryones thoughts on benefits of this stuff? anything that really works (or proven not to)????? xx
