How do I maintain my weight after the drugs
Its all about finding a new healthier lifestyle and routine. My experience (of myself and others) is that you can only think about maintenance if you have managed to change your eating and exercise habits whilst on the weight loss drugs. I'm not talking extremes here but that you are doing more exercsie and eatring better and have cut out bad habits. If you stop the drugs and don't exercise and start eating bad food/drink......I guarantee you will put the weight back on....and that would be a waste of money and effort......I've learned the hard way, believe me!
I second this. Get the habits locked in. Favour home cooked food always. Keep it tasty, healthy and change it up regularly. MAking the same meals gets really dull and bad habits slip in. Keep the faith!
