Hi, you will need to find a provider you want to buy from online, there are so many online pharmacies offering the weight loss drugs now. I found the sign up process quick and simple, you give  them some details and usually pictures of your current figure as they need to ensure you are suitable for the weight loss drug. As I say it was a super easy process, mine then arrived 2 days later!

Its actually pretty easy to get the meds, like you say! But I’d also say take a bit of time to understand how the different ones work (Wegovy, Mounjaro etc.) so you know what might suit you best. And just as important – get your head in the game. These drugs can really help, but you’ll get the best results if you’re ready to put a bit of effort in with food, movement, and habits. It’s 100% worth it when it clicks. You’ve got this...and it is definitely worth it 💪

the drugs will help but 100% you have to be in the right place in your head to commit to it too. You will need make various changes to your lifestyle to maximise the weight loss and to ensure you make the small changes from day 1 so that you will build brilliant habits so that by the time you reach your target weight you are smashing from a diet and exercise point of view.

Totally agree with what you’re all saying. Getting the meds is actually the easy bit – but starting this journey with the right mindset is the real game changer.

When I first started, I thought the injections would do all the work. Spoiler: they don’t. What they do is give you the breathing room to make better choices – smaller portions, less cravings, more energy. But it’s still on you to make those choices.

What helped me most in the beginning was setting tiny goals. Like “go for a walk every day, no matter how short” or “swap one snack for something lighter.” It builds up.

Glad to see more people talking about this here – even though the forum’s still new, it’s already starting to feel like a solid place to share, learn, and stay motivated. Stick with it. Small steps, big change. 🚶‍♂️🔥

You've got this.

Welcome, Claes! 👋

Starting can feel a bit overwhelming, but honestly – once you take that first step, things start falling into place. Pick a provider you trust, learn a bit about the different meds, and most importantly, take it at your pace.

You're in the right place – loads of support here already even though it's early days. You’ve got this! 💪
