Hey everyone! 🌻

I’ve recently been working on my weight loss journey and am always on the lookout for tasty, low-calorie snacks to keep me going between meals. I’ve tried a few, but I’d love to hear your favourites!

I’m talking things like fruit, veggie sticks, or maybe something a little sweet but still on the lighter side. What are your go-to snacks when you need a quick fix? 😋

Looking forward to hearing your ideas!

For me it used to be biscuits and crisps!!! Ha. Now it's carrot sticks, fruit etc. TBH it's going well cos I'm not really very hungry. I am LOVING feeling thinner.

Same I would always snack on biscuits, crisps, chocolate - anything that’s quick to grab.  I’ve been having them occasionally still but when I do don’t even want to finish a portion.  I find myself prepping carrot and cucumber sticks and having them chopped up ready int he fridge means they are such an easy go to snack.

Loving this thread – snacks have definitely been one of the biggest shifts for me!

I used to be all about crisps, toast, and random fridge raids 😅 but since starting on the meds, my appetite's dropped enough that I can actually think before grabbing something. That’s been huge.

My go-tos now are:

  • A boiled egg with a bit of salt and pepper (weirdly satisfying!)

  • Apple slices with a little peanut butter

  • Those baby cucumbers – crunchy and weirdly addictive

  • Sugar-free jelly when I fancy something sweet but don’t want the calories

Also – keeping healthy stuff visible in the fridge has been a game changer. If it’s chopped and easy, I’ll eat it. If it’s buried, I’ll forget it exists.

Looking forward to hearing more snack inspo from you all. This kind of sharing makes it easier to stay on track, even when the cravings hit!
