Has anyone developed a food aversion to specific ingredients due to the medication? For me, it’s meat, especially chicken and cured meats.

No, not really, but I’m much less likely to eat something I don’t fancy. I can just leave it now.  Ditto I can actively choose not to eat junk food which has to be good news.

Interesting thread, thanks for starting it @CathyYorks. I’ve definitely noticed a shift too – for me it’s eggs. Used to have them every morning, now even the smell puts me off some days. I’ve also gone off red meat a bit, which I never expected.

I’m with @Bennyboy on the junk food side of things though – it’s like the urge just isn’t there anymore. Makes it a lot easier to stick to better choices without feeling like I’m missing out. Curious to see what others have experienced too.

100% have had the same fast food effect. No interest at all. Also mentally feel more programmed to search out healthy options - maybe the MJ + mentally wanting to be good!!!

Yes, its strange isn't it that after years of just liking something you ate it no matter what (even when not hungry 🤣 ) and now there seems to be no inner trigger!

Thanks! Yes, I am much more tuned in to what I should eat vs what I want (which used to be most things 😀 )
