I've heard people talk about having a SMART plan for your weight loss journey - can some one explain how it works? TIA 😊

Sure thing. SMART is a way to set goals that actually stick. It stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based. So instead of saying “I want to eat better,” you’d say something like “I will eat at least five portions of veg a day for the next two weeks.”
It helps you focus and track progress without going all or nothing. I’ve used it to set small steps like walking 20 minutes after dinner or hitting a daily water goal. Makes it easier to stay on track and adjust if needed.
