Me again folks! As mentioned before, I’m on 7.5 of Mounjaro. I’ve been on it for over three months and lost 5 kilos total. I think I’m under-eating and not losing as quickly. I need suggestions to meet my calorie and protein goals when I don’t feel like eating.

Why do you want to lose weight faster? I think 5kg in 3 months is normal. Things didn't really happen for me until I went to 12.5kg but we all have different progress.

If you can’t eat on the dose you’re on, why not go down?

On days I can’t eat high protein foods, I drink protein shakes.

Appetite control, not suppression, is the goal. Not wanting to eat at all is not good. If I’m not hungry, I drink a protein shake to meet my protein goals

Celebrate - you lost 5kg!!!! We are all different and you might have lost less if you ate more, keep at it. Its probably better weight loss than you have had before.

I eat small meals every three hours to meet my calorie and protein goals. I find small regular meals is a good way to ensure you eat what you need.

Hey @PusskinsCK – totally hear you. I’m on 7.5 too and had a stretch where things felt really slow. It’s frustrating when your head’s in the game but your body doesn’t seem to follow the script.

A few things that helped me: I switched to tracking protein first, not calories. Once I hit my protein goal, the rest usually fell into place. I also found warm foods easier to manage when I had no appetite – soups with lentils or blended veg + protein powder actually go down easier than you’d think!

And just echoing what others have said – 5kg in 3 months is no small feat. That’s 5 bags of sugar you’re not carrying around anymore 💪

You’re showing up and doing the work – that’s the real win. Keep going, you’re not alone in this 💜

Hey everyone,

I’ve done a little section in the exercising forum. If you’ve got time please feel free to have a read regarding pushing jaro that extra little bit further to balance and if not already adding in exercise to firm, shape up and keep the weight off after your jaro journey ends. Here when I can check messages to help out ☺️
