What happens when you stop the medications? I'm on Mounjaro, have been for about 8 months....lost about 13kg 😀 want to lose more but not sure how long I can sustain £180 a month 😯 Do you just put the weight back on ? Happy Tuesday!!

I know what you mean re the cost, especially once you have lost lots of weight.  Whilst losing the weight the cost makes sense but I have heard other people struggling once they have hit their target weight.   That's why this site is so helpful with all the great articles and I really love being part of a community where we can share our experience and tips etc.   I took 6 weeks off whilst away on holiday and I managed to not put any weight on, so I would say it's possible not to put on weight once you come off it!  As long as keep up the good food/drink/exercise habits that you developed whilst on. MJ.   Good luck, have faith and keep up the positive healthy behaviours 😊

@sun thanks, sound advice.....I guess I knew that.....I was hoping to hear people say it was magic and that once off the MJ your weight would always stay the same! 🤣

@boomerang68 hahaha wouldn't that be great 😉   from my experience I upped my exercise on holiday and whilst off MJ I tried to be careful what I ate, but I didn't deprive myself of everything - had a few holiday cocktails!
