Until now at Boots people had to get weight loss jabs through their online pharmacy. This pilot now offers a service if you prefer to have an in-person experience. The initial stores are located in places like London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bath, Belfast and Brighton.
Like the online consultations most of us have experienced the in-store pharmacists will:

Assess eligibility

Check weight, height and BMI

Discuss treatment options
If you’re seen as suitable the treatments will be prescribed. You’ll also be able to have follow-up reviews in store.
Why this matters
For SlimrChat community members this is another step towards mainstream access to GLP-1 treatments. This is great news. Especially for those of us who aren’t comfortable online or aren’t able to use online services.
