All year we’ve had brilliant advice from SlimrChat community members who’ve answered our SlimrChat 10 questions and shared their unfiltered jab life journey.
Heading into 2026 with more people contemplating the weight loss drugs, we wanted to share some of their top tips (over a few posts) as we head into Christmas and the New Year.
We started with their wisdom one liners and now it’s what advice they wish they’d been given at the start of their jab journey
Just do it

Don’t compare
Don’t compare your journey to those you see online they don’t always show the weeks they maintain or gain it’s not always big losses – Kelly
Hydrate

It’s your journey
Your journey is your own. Be mindful of who you are sharing your journey with because not everyone will support you and that’s ok – Kia
Keep positive
Celebrate the small wins! Every pound lost, every healthier choice, every bit of confidence gained all adds up – Laura
