My observation from talking to people, is the worst side effects - nausea, vomiting and loose bowels - only happen to people who eat too many rich and fatty foods and stick to their usual huge portion... | ||

Yes, I've read that the ingestion is slower so oral contraceptives could be less efficient. It is worth bearing that in mind and take extra precaution. | ||

No, it is a thing. probably less to do with the drugs themselves and more to do with poor diet and less exercise. A good well-balanced calcium and protein rich diet is really important for bones ........ |
